Job Summary:
Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurodevelopmental or Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to serve as the Chief of the Division in our expanding team. This is a new and rapidly growing department that requires a leader with exceptional clinical expertise and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of high-performing professionals to achieve divisional goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in neurodevelopmental and developmental-behavioral pediatrics.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA residency and fellowship.
- Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA.
- MD/DO.
