About the Role:

The Guest Service Agent (Overnight) is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and check-out of hotel guests
  • PBX operations, including answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
  • Mail and message service, ensuring timely delivery of important documents and packages
  • Providing outstanding service to guests, including resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Developing relationships with guests to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Knowledge of the immediate area, services, attractions, and events
  • Flexible schedule, able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple arrivals and departures within a short period of time

  • Hourly pay rate of $24.00 for jobs performed in West Hollywood, CA
