Nurse Staffing and Support
  • Daytime nurse to patient ratio: 1:5-6 with additional support from a dedicated charge nurse
  • Nighttime nurse to patient ratio: 1:5-6 ensuring adequate attention to each patient's needs
  • Our Clinical Nurse Coordinators provide guidance and support with a maximum patient load to ensure unit support
  • We are bolstered by Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure patient comfort and safety

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • National Certification in area of specialty
  • One year of nursing experience
