Role Overview: We are looking for a Private Equity Client Associate to facilitate the effective implementation of our solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and prospects to effectively position CEPRES solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and encouraging the expansion of our services.
  • Data Coordination: Oversee the collection and management of client investment data, providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Project Management: Act as the project manager for data analytics initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams across various locations. Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are clearly communicated and met.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional satisfaction levels among clients through professional communication and prompt actions.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations and documentation regarding our platform for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of or a keen interest in Private Equity.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Deployment: Lead the implementation of CEPRES solutions tailored to client specifications and timelines.
  2. Integration Management: Manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications to ensure smooth data flow.
  3. Client Support: Provide comprehensive support during the setup phase, including account configuration and data integration.
  4. Training Delivery: Conduct informative training sessions to empower clients in utilizing the CEPRES platform effectively.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding documentation and resources to assist clients throughout their journey.
  7. Team Development: Mentor junior team members, guiding them in their professional growth and understanding of Private Equity and CEPRES solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
