Overview:

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services in a school environment. This role is vital for assisting students with communication challenges, enabling them to enhance their speech and language abilities.

Key Duties:

  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs, developing tailored therapy strategies.
  • Therapeutic Services: Implement individualized and group therapy sessions targeting a range of speech and language disorders.
  • IEP Collaboration: Engage in the formulation and assessment of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), establishing specific communication objectives and monitoring advancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside educators, families, and other professionals to seamlessly integrate therapy goals into everyday classroom practices.
  • Progress Documentation: Keep meticulous records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid North Carolina State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in educational settings is advantageous.
