Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Flatland Energy Services, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management, from start to completion, and will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, in accordance with project specifications and company policies.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including negotiation, execution, and administration, to ensure that all parties are held accountable for their obligations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular project reports and analysis to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and financial performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
