About Us

At Buff City Soap Co, we are dedicated to creating handmade products that are free from harsh ingredients and full of nourishing plant-based goodies. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we are looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager to help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing inventory, maintaining store displays, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales floor operations and ensure that all sales associates are meeting their performance goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates who are knowledgeable about our products and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
