Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with year-round employment
  • Monday through Friday
  • Shifts from 6am to 2pm during the summer months
  • Shifts from 7am to 3pm in the fall, winter, and spring

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of practical landscaping and leadership experience
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily loading of equipment onto trucks and manage tool inventory
  • Inspect tools for safety prior to distribution to the team
  • Assist with tasks such as mowing, leaf collection, and edging
  • Operate heavy machinery including tractors and mowers
  • Provide on-the-job training and supervise breaks
  • Ensure quality control on maintained properties
  • Conduct snow removal as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Location: Begin your day at our facility and travel to various job sites with your team.
