Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Oversee daily operations, client care, and client records
  • Staff Development: Interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise facility staff members to ensure their understanding of job responsibilities and career path opportunities
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control of all daily operations
