This role is responsible for providing technical support for COTS packages for the Management and Budget side of DTMB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure systems and application components on Windows and Linux environments.
  • Gather and document requirements, research, and present options for ongoing application changes and new efforts.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for infrastructure security, following Federal, State, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other technical areas to understand and execute projects and changes timely.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016 and later), RHEL 7.0 and above, Cloud Infrastructure Azure/AWS/GCP, Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visio, SSO (SAML OAuth OpenID), and Network knowledge LAN/WAN.
  • Experience with monitoring networks, firewalls, architecture, diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities, and other application and server support duties.
Working Environment:

This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite from day 1, Monday and Tuesday. Local and nonlocal candidates may apply.
