Job Description

Chelsoft Solutions Co is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Developer/System Analyst to join our team in Lansing, MI.

This is a local position, and we require the candidate to be based in Lansing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, including experience with J2EE, WebSphere, and ASP.Net technologies.

They will also be familiar with design patterns, organizing algorithms, and Java MVC frameworks such as Struts MVC and Hibernate.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Structured Query Language (SQL), and stored procedures.

They will be responsible for performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers, designing and implementing Java-based systems, and working with both web-based and client-server based systems architecture.

The candidate should also have experience with Object Oriented Analysis, design, and programming, as well as application and database development and access methods.

They will be working with a team to develop new systems and enhancements, and should have experience with systems development methodology.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with Corticon Rules Engine technology, WebSphere Liberty, Git, Content Management Knowledge, Micro service and Cloud-based deployment, Junit, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Security Framework, JWT, Oauth, Spring Boot, Batch Framework, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.

They should be able to work and communicate well with all levels of IT project stakeholders, prepare detailed written instructions and technical documentation, and work under pressure and tight timelines.

We are looking for a candidate who can diagnose and resolve complex problems quickly and has a strong ability to work with other technologies.

Experience with business process models, Visio, and process modeling software such as Rational Rose, UML Diagrams, or other tools is also a plus.
