Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt and storage of products, as well as the timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a safe and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products
  • Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology
  • Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
  • Pick and stage product
  • Load truck(s)
  • Maintain organization of product in the warehouse
  • Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability
  • Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
Requirements
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred
  • Safety 1st Mentality
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
  • Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
