We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a board-certified physician, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote preventive healthcare measures and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Valid non-restricted medical licensure from the State of Connecticut.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient-doctor relationships.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients.
