Position Overview

Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional healthcare services in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives compassionate care while respecting their unique dignity and individuality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including thorough physical examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to a specific patient demographic.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment protocols as deemed necessary based on clinical evaluations.
  • Facilitate referrals to specialists and coordinate with various healthcare components as needed.
  • Oversee and guide the patient care activities of nursing and support personnel.
  • Engage in health promotion and educational initiatives relevant to patient care.
  • Demonstrate the ability to observe, assess, and document patient symptoms and progress effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal and ethical standards in medical practice.
  • Stay informed about current medications and non-pharmaceutical aids, ensuring proper dosage and patient instruction.
  • Understand accreditation and certification requirements pertinent to the medical field.
  • Apply current principles and methodologies for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within the specialty.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Valid Medical License in Indiana.
  • Valid Medical License in Illinois.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the relevant medical specialty.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Completion of a U.S. Residency Program.
