Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering operational performance objectives, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of operational performance objectives and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, training, and developing new and existing team members.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Implement and instill in the team company policies, procedures, and ethics.
  • Handle guest complaints and queries with professionalism and concern.
  • Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations and management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

  • Stand for long periods of time and move around the restaurant.
  • Exposure to cold and hot temperatures.
  • Occasional lifting of boxes and supplies.
