Key Responsibilities:


As a Floor Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shift Planning: You'll work closely with our management team to plan and prepare for each shift, ensuring that we're fully staffed and equipped to meet customer demand.
  • Performance Monitoring: You'll be responsible for monitoring the performance of our team members during each shift, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: You'll work closely with our customers to ensure that they have a positive experience in our restaurant, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: You'll provide guidance and support to our team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Restaurant Operations: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring that we're meeting our targets.


Other Key Responsibilities:


As a Floor Supervisor, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Communicating with Colleagues: You'll work closely with our management team and other colleagues to ensure that we're working together effectively to achieve our goals.
  • Meeting Targets: You'll be responsible for meeting our targets during each shift, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Maintaining a Positive Work Environment: You'll help to create a positive and inclusive work environment, where our employees feel valued and supported.
