Key Responsibilities
As the Pharmacy Site Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Engage in the budgeting process, contributing to the development and implementation of site budgets.
  • Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager on strategic planning and integration initiatives.
  • Implement quality assurance programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy, community stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals.

Team Leadership
In this role, you will:

  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
