Mental Health Support Specialist

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is a leading provider of mental health services for youth. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide mental health interventions for youth in accordance with their individualized treatment plan goals. This will involve building relationships with youth, participating in supervision and team meetings, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.55 to $36.73 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including 21 PTO days per year, 9 nationally observed holidays, and a 401k matching program.

To be successful in this role, you will need a B.A. degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge of the developmental stages of the population, strong written communication skills, and the ability to utilize de-escalation techniques.
