About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscapes Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscapes. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with client standards and company policies.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to crew members on soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel on safety protocols, and manage schedules and reports.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Hardscapes Crew Leader or Foreman at a reputable company.
  • Valid Driver's License with a Chauffeur's endorsement (Chauffeur's License).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train crew members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and extensive walking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
  • Experience managing a crew of 2+ people.
  • CDL and reliable transportation.
  • Experience running equipment such as skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.
  • Able to read architectural drawings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
