Position Overview
We are in search of a Logistics Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Manager) to enhance our team. In this essential position, you will manage the daily functions of our Shipping and Receiving department, overseeing material handling and delivery systems. Key Responsibilities
- Embody company core values in all interactions with suppliers, clients, and the sales team.
- Exhibit personal accountability in balancing customer delivery expectations with cost management.
- Surpass company objectives in profit generation and warehouse operational cost control.
- Monitor inventory turnover, emphasizing customer and supplier returns and product quality.
- Ensure prompt and cost-effective deliveries to clients.
- Oversee incoming shipments and their appropriate storage assignments.
Management Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, delivery, and inventory operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for incoming and outgoing products.
- Oversee order picking and timely delivery of customer products.
- Coordinate effective shipping methods, including truck shipments and common carriers.
- Manage merchandise controls and authorization for returned goods.
- Maintain proper inventory storage and rotation practices.
- Efficiently route all deliveries and ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.
- Verify all inbound and outbound paperwork.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven leadership abilities to drive results through team collaboration.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, MS Office).
