Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to direct-care staff
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with state professional credentialing and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with other treatment providers and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in clinical social work or a related field
  • State-licensed counselor, therapist, clinical social worker, or licensed independent social worker
  • At least three years of experience providing treatment services to children with emotional disorders
  • Experience in residential settings and 24/7 availability
  • Pass all background checks, including SACWIS, AP search, and sex offender checks

Compensation:

$37.50 per hour, minimum 10 hours per week, paid biweekly
