As a Rehabilitation Therapist - Clinical Services Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional clinical services to patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders, developing effective treatment plans, and treating patients according to the treatment plan of care.

Key responsibilities of this role include communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and other healthcare team members, patients, and family, and recording evaluations, treatment notes, progress notes, and providing objective input for discharge summaries. You will also participate in care conference meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings, instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs, and achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard established by Concept Rehab.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong relationship skills, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding oral and written communication skills. A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and a license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state are essential qualifications for this position.

Estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees.
