About the Role: The City of Cambridge is seeking a skilled CARE Clinician to provide clinical support for the Community Assistance Response and Engagement (CARE) team. The CARE Clinician will work closely with CARE Responders to provide immediate and follow-up support to individuals in crisis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to CARE Responders, including guidance on evidence-based practices and treatment plans.
  • Support community members in urgent crisis situations, providing immediate attention over the phone and in-person.
  • Accompany CARE Responders on calls to provide additional support and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
