Job Title: HVAC Technician

At Synerfac, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in the NJ area.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 years of experience, with a strong focus on customer service and a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Work from ladders and scissor lifts to access equipment
  • Read construction drawings to understand system designs
  • Ensure all work is performed to a high standard of quality
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 13 years of commercial HVAC service experience, 5+ years preferred
  • EPA Universal, Journeyman, and NATE certifications
  • Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and principles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clean driving record
