Job DescriptionAs a Senior Plumbing Project Manager at Kimbel Mechanical Systems, you will be responsible for leading our plumbing projects from start to finish. This includes managing teams of plumbers, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
You will also be responsible for inspecting and testing plumbing systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during construction, and collaborating with other project managers to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage plumbing crews and projects nationwide.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with other project managers to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed plumber.
- Valid residential or journeyman license from a State Board of Plumbing.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
