Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Our salaries are commensurate with your skills and we are committed to providing a fair compensation package.

About This Role

As a Shift Lead at Pilot Travel Centers, LLC, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will lead a team of shift employees, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the overall success of our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of shift employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
