Compensation & BenefitsWe offer competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of $42,000 - $45,200 (based on a 40-hour workweek), plus a guaranteed monthly bonus based on sales performance. Full-time Restaurant Managers also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in day-to-day operations, upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in shift management responsibilities. Key duties include:
- Supporting the Restaurant Leader in ensuring operations meet Raising Cane's standards
- Acting as manager on duty, opening, and closing the restaurant
- Managing cash handling and ensuring accountability
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. They should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will also be proficient in technology systems, including Microsoft Office, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
