We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team at NextCare Urgent Care. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and treat all patients with respect and dignity
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure the clinic and front reception area are running smoothly
  • Process patients for discharge, including preparing charges, collecting payment, and issuing receipts
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software
  • Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in registration or front office in a physician's office, hospital emergency department, and/or urgent care setting
