Indoor Air Quality Specialist

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corporate Store is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Indoor Air Quality Apprentice to join our team. As an IAQ Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting our crew leaders with the installation and cleaning of HVAC systems, providing exceptional customer service, and educating customers on technical and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist crew leaders with the installation and cleaning of air conditioning units and furnaces.
- Explain each service provided to customers and accurately document invoices.
- Discuss with customers current and/or future equipment and service requirements.
- Maintain company vehicles and ensure a professional image at all times.
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
- Ability to take work direction from crew leaders in a courteous manner.
- Must have appropriate trade tools and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
