As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving and leading the management of finance data and reporting, making well-thought-out decisions on complex data reporting issues, and working cross-functionally with all areas of the business and IT to fulfill their reporting-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Reporting & Analytics team and Governance team to develop and implement financial reporting solutions.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT squads and teams, to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and analytics.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with PowerBI, SAP S/4, and Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
