Essential Responsibilities:
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Frying chicken, preparing salads and sandwiches
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing multiple orders
  • Assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
  • Food preparation
  • Openness to coaching and mentoring
  • Plating prepared foods according to Starbird guidelines
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods

Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds, and place items on high and low shelves in office, store rooms, service areas, and walk-in coolers. Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in the kitchen and refrigerated areas.
