About the Role

At Lancaster & Associates Insurance, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Lines department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, quoting and binding policies, and cross-selling insurance products.

Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About You:We are looking for an individual with at least two years of experience as a CSR, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, and AMS. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to manage time effectively, and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Quote new and renewal policies and explain them to customers
  • Advise clients on insurance matters and bind policies
  • Review applications, renewal requests, and endorsements
  • Process Mortgagee requests and provide Dec Pages
  • Process cancellations requests
  • Prepare forms/Apps and ensure information gets into our system (AMS)
  • Keep up with company bulletins, manuals, and continuing education requirements
  • Take claim reports and maintain files in office management system (AMS)

Requirements:

  • 4-40 CSR Licensed
  • 20-44 P&C License
  • 2-20 Agent Licenses may also be used
