Job Overview

Lancaster & Associates Insurance is a professional independent agency offering various insurance services. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle policy administration tasks, and engage in sales activities to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes for new and renewal policies to customers.
  • Advise clients on insurance matters and bind policies.
  • Review applications, renewal requests, and endorsements.
  • Process mortgagee requests and provide dec pages.
  • Process cancellations requests.
  • Prepare forms and applications, ensuring accurate information entry into our system.
  • Stay up-to-date with company bulletins, manuals, and continuing education requirements.
  • Maintain claim reports and files in our office management system.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have at least two years of experience as a CSR, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMS software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Required Licenses: 4-40 CSR License, 20-44 P&C License, or 2-20 Agent Licenses may also be applicable.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
