POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative, you will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a meaningful connection between our clientele and the brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement

Welcome and assist every customer; prioritize engagement and suggestive selling techniques to enhance units per transaction and conversion rates.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value and cultivate brand loyalty.

Focus on providing an outstanding customer experience, consistently placing customer needs first; actively seek customer feedback and relay insights to management.

Operational Efficiency

Carry out processing, restocking, cashiering, promotional activities, and visual merchandising in accordance with brand standards.

Ensure backstock organization and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Remain vigilant regarding potential theft and promptly report any concerns to management.

Team Spirit

Exhibit pride, dedication, and enthusiasm for the brand and our customers; treat both customers and team members with professionalism and respect.

Encourage and celebrate diversity, fostering relationships and seeking feedback for ongoing personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in retail is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
