Job Overview

About the Role

This full-time position involves delivering high-quality physical therapy programs that help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. You will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for individuals affected by injury or disease. Additionally, you will utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions while following necessary safeguards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to meet individual client needs
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to determine the most effective treatment plans
  • Administer physical therapy interventions using various tools and techniques
  • Document client information for evaluation purposes and establish therapeutic plans as needed
  • Provide education to clients and their family members on treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
What We Offer

The Good Samaritan Society offers a competitive salary range of $34.50 - $57.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a generous hourly rate, we provide benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work-life balance benefits, and a time-off package. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $71,440 - $118,160 per year.
