Facilities Maintenance Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
