As a Nurse in this role, you will play a critical part in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in crisis. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct standard nursing duties, including temperature and blood pressure checks
- Interview clients and families to gather comprehensive medical and medication histories
- Provide thorough documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Monitor Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Physician Orders (POs)
- Serve as a reliable resource for nursing and medical matters during crisis situations
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques (preferred)
