Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to terminally ill patients in their homes. As an LVN with Enhabit, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic bedside care to terminally ill patients, including taking and keeping track of vital signs, preparing and administering injections, and monitoring catheters and wounds.
  • Assist with basic care such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, standing, walking, and eating.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, and have keen observation skills to identify changes in patients' conditions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience, with previous home health or hospice experience preferred.
