Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in janitorial or custodial roles.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Collaborative team player
  • Effective communication skills with diverse groups
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with time management software, specifically UltiPro.

Job Scope:

This role primarily involves the cleaning and sanitization of showers and restrooms after each use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect showers, toilets, sinks, and floors after each individual use.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all bathroom facilities.
  • Wipe down surfaces used by individuals within the facility.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate a telephone and desktop computer.
