  • As a Senior Systems Architect, your responsibilities will include:
    • Supporting the development and management of requirements.
    • Creating subsystem and component performance specifications through analysis and derivation of necessary requirements.
    • Maintaining requirements verification and compliance, along with supporting documentation.
    • Facilitating architecture development for assigned systems, subsystems, and components.
    • Assisting in the development and maintenance of interface requirements and design information for assigned subsystems, systems, and components.
    • Documenting concept design decisions and aiding in the generation of System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments.
    • Coordinating formal decisions and trade studies to drive design and document outcomes.
    • Monitoring and executing cost, schedule, and risk management.
    • Coordinating Systems Engineering activities to influence design.
    • Supporting vehicle-level Systems Engineering activities and program milestone reviews.
Senior Systems Architect - REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Proficiency with DOORS requirements management tool.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems engineering, focusing on requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation, translating requirements into viable design solutions within applicable constraints.
  • Experience in developing architectural concepts and evaluating alternatives.
  • Ability to balance system design considering operational concepts (CONOPS), performance, constraints, and logistics.
  • Capability to plan, conduct, and document complex trade studies.
  • Ability to generate System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments per the program statement of work (SOW).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Senior Systems Architect - PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with military vehicle systems.
  • Logical architecture experience, including the development of use cases.
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including SysML methodology and tools like Cameo.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Possession and maintenance of INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification.
