The estimated salary for this role is $ 95,000 - 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Cardiac Rehab Position

This role involves ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. You will work collaboratively with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
