Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze data from various systems to ensure complete and accurate performance data.
  • Develop and implement dashboards to provide real-time monitoring and assessment of wind farm performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to minimize costs and maximize generation.
  • Manage contractual availability and production guarantee calculations with O&M providers and PPA customers.
  • Provide regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of SCADA data and energy production methods.
  • Knowledge of data mining, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on planning, prioritizing, and organizing.
  • Proficiency with database analysis and Microsoft applications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in wind energy technologies, including major wind turbine components and data collection/analysis tools.
  • Experience with Power Factors, Bazefield, or other asset performance management is an asset.
  • Experience with PI and/or SQL is an asset.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
