The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Psychotherapist to join our team. As a member of our clinical staff, you will provide psychological services to clients in an outpatient setting, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. You will also have the opportunity to engage in regular case consultation and continuing education events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological services to clients, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
  • Carry a patient caseload as assigned
  • Attend and participate in monthly case consultation, Grand Rounds, and other meetings as required
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
  • At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
