Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for strategizing and planning marketing campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets and department KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and department KPIs.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including digital media campaigns, advertising creatives, media channel development, influencer marketing, and content management.
  • Identify market opportunities to raise awareness and build trust in the local market (NY/NJ especially).
  • Analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies and keep the team in sync with current market data and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with headquarters teams, US teams, and make effective recommendations with feedback from the local perspective.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Past experience in marketing in New York.
  • Knowledge in financial products and services would be an advantage.
  • Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
