Mid-Level Retail Store Manager

The Automotive Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence at our Midas store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Employee Management: Recruit, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees to ensure exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee vehicle inspections, repair orders, and parts sourcing to optimize efficiency and profitability; maintain accurate inventory counts and record keeping.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and train team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage employee payroll, scheduling, and benefits administration.
- Daily Sales Reports: Prepare and submit daily sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a store or service manager.
- General automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and computer software.
- A valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
