Job Responsibilities
  • The Superintendent will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily field activities, site safety, schedule, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Key duties include:
    • Monitoring construction progress and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
    • Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, tenants, subcontractors, and team members.
    • Coordinating required inspections with local jurisdictions.
    • Maintaining accurate records of construction activities and progress.
    • Resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will have experience supervising construction projects for a General Contractor and be proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
  • OSHA certification and First Aid/CPR training are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
