Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services, adhering to facility and professional standards.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • One or more years of experience working with comparable patient populations.
  • Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligibility for state licensure.
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
