Mosquito Joe of East Memphis is a locally owned business that specializes in providing effective mosquito control solutions to residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a skilled and organized Mosquito Control Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests.
  • Maintain chemical and operational records in accordance with state requirements.
  • Handle pesticides in a safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Follow a route schedule, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  • Communicate with customers to discuss additional services that meet customer needs for the most efficient and complete mosquito management.

Requirements

  • Valid and current certification/license as required by the state for the commercial application of pesticides.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Some basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour.
