Maury, Donnelly, & Parr, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Personal Lines team in Delray, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all team accounts, analyzing accounts for adequacy and appropriate coverage, and preparing final proposal presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned accounts, including reviewing endorsements for completion and accuracy, and marketing the account and reviewing marketing placements.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand and round out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all terms and conditions of insurance policies are properly prepared, and tracking claims and flagging claim-heavy accounts and incorrectly written accounts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • State Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Computer skills required: Applied Systems: Epic Online Database software; Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Customer Service: Manages challenging customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming, maintains confidentiality, and listens to others without interrupting.
