- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need for support.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree in a related field.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
